The Lloyd Leve Award is presented to an individual who demonstrates outstanding service and impact on the EMS Community. The recipient is judged on the characteristic of caring, commitment, dedication, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and/or teaching skills, creativity and ingenuity.
